About the Role:Tender Smiles 4 Kids is looking for a passionate and skilled RDA Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team in Ocean Township, NJ! Responsibilities:- Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient exams, adjustments, and orthodontic procedures
- Place and remove orthodontic appliances including brackets, bands, and arch wires
- Take and process dental X-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans
Requirements:- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of New Jersey
- Prior orthodontic or pediatric dental assisting experience preferred
- Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, appliances, and dental software
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
