About the Opportunity
Kalamazoo Valley is seeking an instructor to teach the pharmacology course for respiratory care students for Fall 2026. This course offers a survey of pharmacology with the emphasis on drugs related to cardiopulmonary care. Course outcomes include communication, expression, critical thinking, problem solving and definitions of key pharmacological concepts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) as defined by the National board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Other qualified health care providers may be considered.
Appropriate education, training, experience and talents are required. An example of this would be a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience.
