    Position Summary:
    The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) is responsible for testing against specifications to validate
    enhancements to TELCOR RCM applications. Works with other RCM department team members to
    ensure testing and functionality reflects end user activity. Works closely with RCM Software Engineers to
    resolve errors efficiently. Testing projects are completed in a timely manner to meet version release
    deadlines. This position may be further defined to include additional responsibilities.

    Qualifications
    • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis and workflow analysis
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; e.g., Word, Excel, CRM
    • Experience in medical informatics, accounting, medical billing or quality assurance
    • Strong problem resolution skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience with Documentation of procedures
    • Strong aptitude and willingness to learn
    • Analytical and Creative Thinking
    • Attention to detail
     
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in lieu of degree
     
    Work Environment
    This role requires the ability to work in the Lincoln, NE office.
