    About the job

We are currently operating in a pivotal era for the company, characterized by the rapid expansion of AI, a broadening product portfolio, and an increasingly complex landscape of global regulations and reporting standards.

The Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) Intake and Mapping team is central to navigating these changes. We manage the core execution of decomposing and mapping obligations while simultaneously collaborating on strategic initiatives to integrate AI into compliance workflows responsibly.

As a team of subject matter experts, we prioritize precision, efficiency, and the translation of intricate data patterns into forward-thinking strategies. Our mission is to provide clear, actionable obligation data that supports Google"s Product Areas in achieving both rapid innovation and rigorous compliance.

As an Intake and Mapping Specialist, you will be at the ground level of transforming Google"s regulatory compliance operations from a human-only process to a highly scalable AI-first model. You will serve as a critical compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) who ensures the highest level of accuracy and risk mitigation within the run-the-business work. In addition to delivering quality results to clients, you will be required to continuously evolve processes in partnership with advancements in AI. To support this, you will actively help build, test, and iterate on evolving AI tools and models that enable scaling and efficiency. Connecting the two, you will also influence and adapt to evolving Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows in conjunction with technological advancement.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    • Refine human validation workflows, ensuring that automated outputs meet strict quality standards while actively driving down overall processing cycle times.
    • Adapt between providing direct, manual decompositions (where automation is not yet possible) and performing high-level verification and quality control (where AI is enabled).
