Position Summary
ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to serve as RBT Site Manager for our Work Crew Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) program. This role is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities by helping them build skills, gain work experience, and connect with their communities.

RBT Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Required
High school diploma or GED.
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
Ability to maintain RBT ethics and supervision requirements.
PABC, MAP, First Aid, and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass CORI and background checks.
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
Experience in day program, CBDS, or community-based services.
Familiarity with DDS regulations, HSCIS documentation, and data-based decision-making.
