About the Case:We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young adult male with can exhibit severe maladaptive behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
- Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
- Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
- Accurately document session notes and incident reports
- Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
Requirements:
- RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
- Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs
- Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
- Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
