Overview • Supports the collection, review, organization, and maintenance of raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases • Partners with chemists and global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material information needed for formula development • Prioritizes raw materials for review and updates based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines • Maintains visibility of outstanding documentation requests and supports timely completion • Identifies workflow pain points and opportunities for improvement by observing current processes and gathering input from cross-functional teams • Advances digital and process capabilities through Excel tools, reporting, automation, software implementation support, and practical solutions that improve efficiency and data quality
Job Duties • Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases • Support chemists with raw materials needed for formula development • Prioritize raw materials for review and updates based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines • Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests • Partner with global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material information • Observe and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities • Gather input and translate needs into actionable improvements • Create, improve, and maintain Excel tools for tracking, reporting, and automation • Support implementation and adoption of new software or systems • Develop simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality • Assist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as needed
