This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing team with competitive pay and long-term career growth.Why Choose nin Aerospace?Award-Winning Culture: Recognized as an SIA Best Staffing Firm to Work ForCareer Growth: Opportunities to advance within the aerospace industryPeople-First Environment: Strong support, training, and developmentCompetitive CompensationWhat You'll DoAssemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect aircraft structural components.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.Perform precision drilling, fastening, riveting, and structural assembly.Conduct functional testing and ensure fit, form, and function meet specifications.Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.Identify and document discrepancies while maintaining quality standards.Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC fastening equipment.Perform structural inspections, pressure/vacuum testing, and fuel cell sealing (as required).Maintain compliance with FAA, customer, and quality procedures.Support production schedules, train teammates, and assist with continuous improvement.Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing and AOG environment.Skin repairRemoving and replacing Airplane structuresWork RequirementsMust be a U.S Person (U.S) citizen lawful permanent Must have your own toolsMust be able to work 7days Teammate BenefitsEvery assignment at nin Aerospace includes our Teammate Benefits Program, designed to support your health, finances, and well-being.
