Position SummaryThe Site Manager is responsible for overseeing operations RRA locations, managing crew members depending on car flow. This role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable inspection and repair of railroad rolling stock, while maintaining compliance with AAR, FRA, and OSHA standards.
