- Clean the interior and exterior of railcars using pressure washers, vacuums, shovels, and other cleaning equipment
- Remove debris, residue, and materials from railcars
- Perform inspections to ensure railcars meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow all safety procedures, including confined-space entry requirements when applicable
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Complete required documentation and cleaning checklists
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
