Pay Range

$51.05 - $76.60

Vein Services located in Clemmons, NC

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Master's degree preferred

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:

• Current applicable state Medical Board Medical License
• Certified by NCCPA

Essential Functions:

• Patient evaluation
• Discuss treatment plans with patients
• Interact with patients and referring physicians
• Gain competence with office-based procedures including sclerotherapy, michrophlebectomy and duplex evaluation
• Work closely with the attending physician (Dr. Regan)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ultrasound and sclerotherapy experience are desirable but not required
• Experience with vascular assessment and management desirable but not required
• Applicant will receive training from Dr. Regan with the goal of functioning independently

Work Environment:

• Outpatient vein clinic (Wake Forest Heart and Vascular) with high procedural volume including symptomatic and cosmetic patients
• Small, efficient staff with a strong team orientation

Vein Services located in Clemmons NC. Participates in team focused patient care by means of patient examinations augmented by diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations/ interventions in the medical and/or surgical theatres of health care. The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization (applicable state Medical Board or applicable state Board of Nursing) with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.
