Job Summary

The Department of CT Services is seeking a Radiology Technologist Assistant for the Good Samaritan location. This will be a full time weekend position. This position provides clinical support and patient care functions alongside the CT staff at Good Samaritan Hospital. The selected candidate will assist with facilitating patient throughput in the department by performing functions such as preparing patients for their exam, room turnover, answering phones, cleaning, transporting patients, stocking supplies, interacting with the RIS system, and assisting with patient transfers. This position will also be responsible for rounding throughout the department to ensure cleanliness and appropriate patient communication.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Attention to detail, accuracy, computer literacy, sensitivity to patient privacy, healthcare or medical office experience, patient care and excellent communicator.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

High school education. No experience needed.
