Shift: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting. - Proficiency in trauma, imaging and portable X-rays. - Proficiency in C-arm procedures. - OR experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Trauma experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Fluoro/diagnostic X-rays are performed on inpatients and ED patients; portable X-rays are performed on patient floors, with responsibility for a portion of the floor portable workload. C-arm procedures are performed in the OR. - The ED averages 20-25 patients per shift. - Fluoroscopy is minimal but possible. - Equipment includes portable X-ray units, C-arms, and R/F equipment. - Uses McKesson PACS and Centricity RIS.

Shift & Scheduling: - Shifts may be days or evenings. - Schedule includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks. - 12 hours of call per month. - Holidays are required as needed and scheduled.

Floating Requirements: - The assignment includes floating between the Emergency Department and Diagnostic Department.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
