Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Radiology experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.
Shift & Scheduling: Two-week rotating schedule: Work Sunday, Monday, and Thursday in the first week; work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday in the second week. Includes a 4-day weekend off every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Weekend and holiday requirements apply.
Per diem experience does not count toward Banner’s 24 months of specialty experience, even if the clinician worked 32+ hours/week. Banner does not accept travel teams.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
