Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: C-arm experience and proficiency with portable X-ray equipment are required. Willingness to learn O-arm operation is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: O-arm experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Vistelar training specific to UofL is required.
Unit Details: Approximately 180 exams are performed per day. Inpatient cases include transplant, cardiac, critical care, and OR; outpatient cases include transplant workups/follow-ups, athletes, ER, and trauma, specifically stroke and hand trauma. The unit has 4 portable X-ray units. Equipment includes Shimadzu and GE portables, Carestream ER, OEC C-arms, and O-arms. Uses McKesson (Change Healthcare) PACS.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule runs Monday-Wednesday. Some call may be required. Weekday call is overnight; weekend call is a 12-hour shift that may be days or nights. Call is typically needed only for critical staffing situations, with a 1-hour response time. If a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, it must be worked. Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved. Must be flexible with hours; scheduling will aim to provide optimal time off. The schedule is usually set but may rotate, and you will be informed.
Floating Requirements: Floats throughout the hospital, including the OR.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
