Job Requirements- 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience required
- ARRT certification required upon hire
- Nevada Medical Radiography license required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Fluoroscopy experience required
- Recent prior travel experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment
- Competency in OR suite, trauma suite, and portable radiography expected
Responsibilities- Produce optimal diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care
- Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in accordance with department standards
- Verify and execute provider orders for diagnostic and therapeutic exams
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure safety throughout the imaging process
- Regulate patient flow and collaborate with radiologists to support image quality
- Assist with related imaging duties, including charting, supplies, documentation, and quality improvement activities
- Support inpatient, neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations as needed
- Demonstrate competency in trauma, OR, and portable radiography within the required timeline
- Float to other modality needs within the department, based on competency
