• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $65.33 $69.33 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift (3x8 Hours), 11:00 19:00
• Travel Requirements: Will float between Nashoba & Marlborough campuses (approximately 30 40 minutes from each other) with advanced notice.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a brand new, freestanding ER. Must be able to start on the posted start date. No other start dates are being considered. Must have documented experience with pediatric patients in a complex medical center. Must be willing to float between campuses. Hours are firm, and there is not an opportunity to work more hours than what is posted. If details change, the job posting will be updated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Nashoba and Marlborough campuses with advanced notice.
• Depending on shift, traveler may work alone at Nashoba. Due to this requirement, they will work a full 12-hour shift without a 30-minute break at Nashoba only.
• Must stay on site; however, there will be down time during slower periods.
• Chart using Epic electronic health record system.

Education Requirements

• ARDMS certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• MA state credentials/licenses required

Required Experience

• Must have prior travel experience
• Must have documented experience with pediatric patients in a complex medical center (Peds experience required)

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to float between multiple campuses with advanced notice
• Ability to work independently, including solo coverage during assigned shifts at Nashoba

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Brand new, state-of-the-art, freestanding ER setting
• Float requirements: will float between Nashoba and Marlborough campuses (approximately 30 40 minutes from each other)
• Weekend requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH)
• When working at Nashoba, traveler may work alone and will complete a full 12-hour shift without a 30-minute break; must remain on site
• Flu vaccine: Required medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed
• COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
