Radiology / Cardiology/Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

Position Details

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Daily Caseload: The department scans 75-100 inpatient and outpatient echoes per day.

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years experience required.

First-timers: Not accepted.

Weekend Requirement: Yes, depending on schedule.

On-call Requirement: No.

Floating: Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs.

Floating to Sister Facilities: No.

Block Schedule: Accommodations possible for Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.

Locals Accepted: Yes.

Pending State License: Accepted.

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay for such canceled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.

Special Requirements

• Certifications/Licenses: BLS and RDCS - Adults Required. RDCS-Peds Preferred.
• Work Setting Experience: Inpatient and ER required. Outpatient, Teaching hospital, PICU, Neonate, and NICU preferred.
• General Skills Experience: Portables and Syngo Required. IV Starts, PACS, and Biopsies preferred.
• Echo Procedure Experience Required: 3/D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharm Stress Echos, RIT/RVOT, TEE, and Treadmill Stress Echos.
• Equipment/Scanner Experience Preferred: Siemens and Phillips.
