Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)-- December start date Shift: 3X12s 7P-730A with every other weekend Weekend REQ: every other weekend Is on-call REQ? NO Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Multi-modality technologist provides quality imaging and patient care within X-ray and CT. Technologist must be able to effectively explain the procedures to the patient and be sure they are competent in the procedure being performed. Technologist must produce images for the interpretation, and or request of, a licensed practitioner. Onetime payment of $20 for a parking pass. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
