Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radiology and Cardiology CT Technologist to join an acute care hospital in Burbank, California. The ideal candidate will have experience performing CT imaging procedures, including routine diagnostic scans, vascular CTA, brain perfusion, and trauma imaging. Candidates should be comfortable working in acute care, outpatient, and emergency department settings.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience.

• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS.

• Community hospital experience is required.

• Trauma Level I experience is preferred.

• Previous travel experience is not required.

• Epic charting experience is preferred.

• Must be proficient in CT imaging procedures, contrast administration, and starting peripheral IVs.

• Must have experience with PACS and CT image post-processing.

Required Clinical Skills

CT Imaging Procedures

• Abdomen and pelvis CT, with or without contrast.

• Chest CT, with or without contrast.

• Head CT, with or without contrast.

• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine imaging.

• Musculoskeletal trauma imaging.

• Vascular CT angiography (CTA).

• Brain perfusion imaging.

• CT arthrography.

• Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR).

Clinical Settings

• Adult acute care.

• Adult outpatient imaging.

• Emergency department.

• ICU and stroke imaging.

Additional Skills

• Preparation and administration of contrast media.

• Starting peripheral IVs.

• Familiarity with PACS.

• Experience with Siemens CT equipment is preferred.

• Pediatric acute care and NICU/PICU experience are preferred.
