    Job Overview:

    Operates the x-ray machine, processes images, prepares patient rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications as well as laboratory tests as ordered by the provider. Performs the tests on patients from newborns to the elderly. Will be trained in phlebotomy.

    The Radiologic Technologist will also assist the Clinical Assistants in rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing patient history, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with the exam as requested.

    Certifications/Licensures/Experience:

    • Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T). Required
    • Certificated in applicable state by State Board of Health as Radiologic Technologist. Required
    • CPR provider certification is required. Required
