A healthcare organization in Southern Alabama is looking for Radiologic Technologists / X-Ray Techs to join its growing imaging team!

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent opportunities

• Growing imaging department with expanded services

• Established training opportunities for Radiologic Technologists

• Opportunities to gain experience in emergency, surgical, and general diagnostic imaging

• Recent graduates may be considered based on qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations

• Provide imaging services in the emergency department, surgery, and other hospital areas

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures

• Follow radiation safety protocols

• Maintain accurate patient records and PACS documentation

• Communicate relevant patient history to radiologists

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT registration within one year of graduation or hire

• CPR certification required

• 2+ years of imaging experience preferred

• Ability to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call

• Strong patient care and communication skills

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
