Radiologic Technologist

This position involves producing high-quality radiographic images that meet established standards. The role requires proficiency in operating a variety of radiologic equipment and technology. The individual must adhere to safety guidelines to protect themselves, support personnel, and patients. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as is the flexibility to work in different locations and at various times.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred.
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including on-call shifts during days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Experience in general imaging with digital radiography equipment is required.
• Experience with specific equipment such as Shimadzu Radspeed unit, Philips portable, OEC c-arms, and Hologic C-arms is beneficial.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems is advantageous.

Education and Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
