We are experiencing growth and looking for an RF Engineer to provide state of the art Radar Cross Section testing.

What You Will Be Doing

The Radio-Frequency(RF) Engineer will be performing Radar Cross Section (RCS) testing operations in an engineering development lab. The RF Engineer will be stationed at our secure lab facility in Orlando Fl. The facility provides a number of RCS measurement capability:

• Anechoic Chambers
• Transmission Tunnels
• Tabletop
• Wave-guide fixtures
• Assorted instrumentation

Responsbilities will include but not limited to execution of RCS testing and evaluating performance characteristics of materials, subcomponents, and system level hardware. The role supports from concept design layout through prototype construction, measurement, analysis, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Optics (or related technical major) OR must have demonstrated experience or skills in one or more of the following: materials development or characterization, electromagnetics, radar cross section, low observables, survivability, mechanical design, optics, coatings, test and evaluation.
• Strong written and oral communication, capable of producing clear technical reports
• Collaborative team player
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to prioritze tasks in a face pace environment

Desired Skills

Prior exposure to RCS measurement techniques

Familiarity with the follow equipment:

• Keysight PNA
• Fieldfox
• RADAR Systems
• CENA Probe
• Fortus 450

Basic proficienty in RF measurement theory, S-parameters, RCS, near-field/far-field transformations.

Experience operating forklifts and man-lift, including routine inspection, load handling, and safety

• Active Secret Clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81100.00 - $150500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
