Radiation Therapist Opportunity – Yuma, Arizona

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

A respected healthcare organization in Yuma, Arizona is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join its team in a permanent, full-time position. Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary range: $40 – $61 per hour (based on experience)
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • $5,000 relocation assistance with a 1-year commitment
  • 3 months of fully furnished housing at Sonora Sunset Apartments
  • Choice of a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment during the furnished housing period

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician treatment plans
  • Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide compassionate patient care
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, and other members of the care team
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EPIC
  • Follow established radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards
  • Educate patients regarding treatment procedures and provide support throughout their course of care

Requirements

  • ARRT (T) Certification (Required)
  • Active BLS Certification (Required)
  • EPIC experience (Required)
  • Previous Radiation Therapy experience preferred
