The Radiation Therapist, under the supervision of the Chief Therapist in collaboration with the Manager/Director of Cancer Services, performs according to the policies, philosophy and objectives of the Radiation Oncology Department and the hospital. Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Must be registered by the ARRT (T) in Radiation Therapy.Must be licensed by the State of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MA DPH)
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: In the absence of any of these skills, demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.
Experience: 1-2 years experience required.
Pay Range:
$48.00 - $64.60The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
