What we are looking for:
Education
Grade 12 graduate with a good understanding of (results in) Math, Science and English.
Experience
Minimum 5 years'''' experience as a Group 1 Radiation Surveyor.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of applying radiation protection principles, measurements, and contamination control.
Well-developed leadership and communication skills, including the ability to develop a collaborative, team-oriented work environment in a unionized environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergency, unusual or hazardous conditions and to lead others in such conditions.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat''''s "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."
