At PDS Tech Commercial, Inc., your craftsmanship helps deliver reliable, high-performance test and manufacturing systems. In this role based in Richardson, TX, you’ll turn drawings into durable assemblies that keep production moving for an industry leader.
Impact you’ll make
From your first week, you’ll be trusted to:
- Assemble custom test fixtures and rack-mount cabinets with repeatable quality.
- Translate mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer requirements into accurate builds.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and verify finished work meets spec.
Compensation, location, and schedules
- Pay Rate: $19 – $22/hour (experience & shift dependent)
- Also offered: $19.00–$20.90/hr with overtime potential
- Location: Richardson, TX
- 1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your background
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).
- Accuracy, basic computer fluency, and a collaborative approach.
- Comfort with standing, material handling, and repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
