Job Description:
Duties:
You will be working with many people include, R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI to support the following efforts:
- Oscilloscope calibration (all active families of Client products).
- Oscilloscope and QUADS software Installation/Reinstallation
- Oscilloscope and QUADS hardware service coordination
- Oscilloscope application validation and issue submission
- Oscilloscope maintenance. Narrow down what the issue is on a scope and provide the instrument to our local team to fix.
- Make sure the equipment that we used with the above equipment is operational.
- Help with the imaging to SSDs that go into the equipment.
- You will need to work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.
Skills:
- General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing
- Experience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque drivers
- Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment successfully

Education:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
- Higher level education or certifications in electronics
- Classroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically Oscilloscopes and Probes
