Job Title: R&D Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Duration: 24 Months Duties: As a Technician on the team, you will collaborate with R&D Engineers and NPI Technicians. You will:
Work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment
Calibrate and run automated tests on prototypes
Troubleshoot prototypes
Run scripts that determine failure modes and communicate this back to the R&D team
Execute automated performance characterization tests on prototypes at temperature and humidity and collect characterization data
Skills:- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environmentor equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing
- Experience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque drivers
- Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment successfully

Desired Qualifications:- Higher level education or certifications in electronics
- Classroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically Oscilloscopes.
