Job Title: R&D Sr Technician
Job Description
The R&D Sr Technician supports the development and improvement of innovative healthcare products by performing analytical laboratory testing, product-development experiments, equipment validations, and data analysis. This role conducts wet chemistry and instrumental laboratory work, prepares chemical solutions, tests development and manufactured products against established specifications, and maintains accurate documentation in accordance with cGMP and good documentation practices. The position works closely with technicians, engineers, and scientists in a multidisciplinary environment to advance research, product development, and process-improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
This role is based in an onsite manufacturing and R&D laboratory environment in Ogden, Utah. The position operates within a hands-on laboratory setting that involves frequent use of analytical instruments and general laboratory equipment for wet chemistry and instrumental analysis. The standard work schedule is a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with daily hours that may start as early as 7:00 a.m. and extend as late as 7:00 p.m., with the final schedule to be discussed during the interview and offer stage. Work is performed in a controlled laboratory environment that emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards. Employees follow established laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and good documentation practices while working with chemicals, reagents, and developmental materials. The role is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on research and product development. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
