R&D Project Coordinator

Description

Drives on-time delivery of documentation and other project deliverables in accordance with product development and design change processes. Supports project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures project documentation is complete, consistent, and compliant with quality system standards.

This position requires specialized expertise in change control and project management, particularly when collaborating with engineering teams to complete assigned projects. The role interfaces with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree, or 1+ year of experience with a Master's degree.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Positive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative and adapts to changing processes and project needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with scientists and engineers from various disciplines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and project objectives.

• Experience working in a regulated industry.
