Description

R&D Engineer – Process Development
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 6 month assignment with potential for extension(s) or conversion
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $38–$41/hr
 
Seeking an R&D Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of industry experience, ideally within medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute process and test method validations.
  • Perform TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ activities.
  • Support process development, equipment specification, implementation, and improvement.
  • Develop and execute testing, experiments, and data analysis.
  • Create and revise SOPs, validation protocols, risk assessments, specifications, and other technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, equipment, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, and internal/external customers.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ year of relevant industry experience.
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with process validation, test method validation, inspection method validation, IQ/OQ/PQ.
