Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent
• New Product Development (NPD) experience
• Hands-on packaging design and development
• Experience with Design Controls / Design Control processes
• Strong engineering problem-solving and data analysis
• Ability to develop, execute, and report engineering/testing activities
• Experience developing technical specifications and engineering documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
• Medical-device/regulated industry experience strongly preferred
