Description
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Processing Specialist for a growing client in Clayton, NC. This full-time, direct-hire position is responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering accurate and timely customer quotations based on project requirements, product specifications, and pricing data. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams to develop proposals that meet customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor incoming quote requests and manage the quotation process from initial request through final proposal and revisions.
Review customer requirements, documentation, and technical drawings to determine appropriate materials, product configurations, and pricing.
Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and vendors to gather information, clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve quote-related issues.
Develop a strong understanding of company products and applications to recommend appropriate solutions.
Build product configurations and pricing using Excel worksheets and enter quote details into NetSuite.
Generate professional proposal documents using NetSuite and ensure all supporting documentation is accurately organized and archived.
Process quote revisions by updating pricing, specifications, and product configurations as needed.
Create and maintain customer and prospect records in NetSuite.
Maintain current pricing and material specifications within spreadsheets and other internal systems.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in quotations, estimating, sales support, or a related technical or administrative role.
Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other customer documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
