Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in ODL.
- Review and update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in ODL.
- Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required experience in land records administration, with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations.
- Required experience with Quorum ODL.
- Basic land title experience preferred.
- Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred.
- Experience with Google Earth software preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail..
