Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Master QuickBase Program Manager for an onsite contract opportunity with the Department of Public Works (DPW) in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:
Review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's QuickBase rapid development and prototyping framework.
Design and implement custom QuickBase applications, dashboards, and reports within the government environment.
Translate complex business needs into actionable, scalable technology specifications for both web and mobile platforms.
Manage project lifecycles, coordinate tasks, and adjust priorities in a cross-functional, Rapid Application Development environment.
Align IT strategy, planning, and emerging Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions with organizational business goals.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Leadership Experience: 16+ years in progressive consulting leadership roles providing full-lifecycle services in enterprise environments.
Technical Expertise:
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBase design, development, and customization.
5+ years of expert-level experience in datacenter, cloud, and server design.
Proven experience working with large, complex data sets.
Proficiency in web technologies and mobile application design.
Problem Solving: 16+ years of experience independently researching technology solutions and creating innovative technical strategies.
Communication: Native or bilingual English proficiency with expert-level skills in documenting business processes and flows.
