Role Overview
We are looking for a Quick Turn Program Manager (QTPM) to join the QTPM Execution team. This role will drive Speed of Light (SOL) execution at Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and support New Product Introduction (NPI), Quick Turn (QT), Mass Production (MP), Rework, and RMA builds for boards and system assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Speed of Light (SOL) execution at Contract Manufacturers to deliver high-quality NPI boards and system assemblies.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives at CMs to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Own CM readiness and support production ramps and new product launches.
• Coordinate resources, prioritize activities, and establish build schedules.
• Manage multiple QT/MP/Rework/RMA builds across local and overseas Contract Manufacturers.
• Attend daily WIP calls with factories and provide status updates to Board Program Managers and requestors.
• Initiate Special Build Instructions and coordinate ECOs and BOM comparisons.
• Monitor critical shipments and provide shipment ETA and tracking information.
• Conduct Control Run Readiness Reviews and manage Control Run builds.
• Coordinate board testing with CMs and work with SQE/BPM/LDE teams on test diagnostics and failures.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation and closure with cross-functional teams.
• Create and drive closure of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Review open 8D actions and participate in Quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) reviews.
• Maintain asset and equipment lists and conduct periodic asset verification.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Contract Manufacturing or Production Planning.
• Strong experience managing Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Experience working with CMs such as Sanmina, Hyve Solutions, Jabil, Foxconn, or Flextronics.
• Experience in PCBA, hardware manufacturing, or semiconductor companies.
• Strong experience with NPI, production ramp, manufacturing readiness, and board/system builds.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, and program/project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and pivot tables. Macros are a plus.
• Experience with SAP/MRP systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must be open to working the swing shift: 3:00 PM PST – 12:00 AM PST.
