- Experience: Proven experience as an Auto Technician, specifically performing quick lube services
- Certification: ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory
- Skill Set: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, lubrication systems, and maintenance services
- Tools: Proficiency using automotive servicing tools and equipment
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and precision
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Physical Stamina: Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various positions
- Availability: Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends
