What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance including oil and filter changes.
• Complete comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Inspect and top off fluid levels.
• Rotate, inspect, repair, and replace tires as needed.
• Perform wheel alignments using Hunter alignment equipment.
• Perform fluid exchange and flush services.
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Quick Lube or Lube Technician experience preferred.
• Automotive school or technical training is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
