Modern Toyota of Asheboro is growing, and we're looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in doing quality work, and want to build your career with a respected automotive company, we'd love to meet you.
As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You'll work in a fast-paced, professional service environment alongside an experienced automotive team.
Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
Complete tire rotations and lubrications
Replace vehicle fluids, wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries
Perform maintenance services efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer recommendations
Inspect vehicles and communicate any additional maintenance needs to the appropriate team member
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Provide professional, courteous service to customers
Follow all dealership safety procedures and service standards
High school diploma or GED required
Previous automotive or quick-lube experience preferred; 1 year of experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
CDK experience is preferred
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Entry-level automotive technicians with the right attitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply.
