• $20 $24/hour based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform oil and filter changes

• Complete multipoint vehicle inspections

• Check and refill vehicle fluids

• Check and properly adjust tire pressures

• Perform tire rotations

• Inspect brakes, tires, belts, hoses and other components

• Replace oil drain plugs and filters

• Perform basic preventative maintenance

• Identify worn or damaged vehicle components

• Assist with basic automotive repairs

• Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment

• Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment when appropriate

• Test-drive vehicles when required

• Communicate additional vehicle needs to Service Advisors and technicians

• Maintain an efficient workflow

• Keep your work area clean, organized and safe

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive service experience preferred but not required

• One year of service-department experience is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Basic understanding of automotive systems

• Desire to learn automotive diagnostics and repair

• Dependable and motivated attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn new automotive technology and repair procedures

• High school diploma or GED

• ASE certifications or automotive technical degree preferred but not required

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
