C. Harper CDJR in Connellsville is looking for an Experienced Quick Lube Technician to join our growing service team.
This isn't just an oil-change job. We're looking for someone with a solid automotive foundation who wants to develop their diagnostic and repair skills, receive additional training and build a long-term career as an automotive technician.

Perform oil and filter changes
Check and refill vehicle fluids
Inspect and properly set tire pressures
Perform tire rotations and basic maintenance services
Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections
Inspect brakes, tires, belts, hoses and other components
Identify worn or damaged components before they cause larger problems
Assist with basic automotive repairs
Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment when appropriate
Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment safely
Perform road tests when required
Communicate vehicle needs to Service Advisors and technicians
Maintain an efficient and accurate workflow
Keep your work area clean, organized and safe
At least one year of automotive service experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic understanding of automotive systems
Ability to perform routine maintenance accurately and efficiently
Willingness to learn new repair procedures and technology
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and motivated attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
High school diploma or GED
State certification or automotive technical degree is a plus
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
