Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop quantitative risk models for initial margin and stress testing of fixed-income products.
• Develop high-quality research prototypes and robust model implementations to support model analysis, validation, and production deployment.
• Support model validation, testing, deployment, and ongoing model maintenance throughout the model lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver model enhancements and analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative model development, risk management, or financial engineering.
• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with R, MATLAB, or other analytical and statistical tools is a plus.
• Strong software engineering skills, including code quality, testing, performance optimization, and maintainable system design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fixed-income products, market risk methodologies, or stress testing models is a plus.
