Position Summary:

The position is responsible for working with Risk, Operations, other Business Department management teams and IT development team to analyze and implement business process improvement initiatives and solutions. In addition, this position will work with management to implement quality measurements through the use and analysis of effective quantitative analysis of department work functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain core risk models, including VaR and Synthetic Pricing models
  • Analysis of department work process
  • Implementation of metrics and management dashboards
  • Design business software using object oriented principal, tools, languages and SQL database
  • Partner with IT architects and business user to deliver high quality software systems and business solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide input on architecture, database and APIs
  • Be a key participant in Agile Development process

Job Requirements:

  • Risk management experience in Futures and Options Trading
  • Experience using FCM operational and risk management software
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL
  • Excellent Quantitative, statistical and analytical skills
  • Experience with following programming languages: C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML
  • Strong Problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to work well in fast-paces environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$64,000.00 - $120,000.00
