Quality Test Engineer and Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:Devise sampling procedures and design forms/instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability dataEstablish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipmentMay write training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activitiesMay specialize in areas such as: design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, R&D, and administrative applicationsPart of the Quality Management team at CMOPerform a gap analysis of the Caterpillar Quality Management System (CQMS) at CMOAssist in resolving issues by selecting the best solutionsPlan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality auditsGenerate reports on the quality status of the CQMS and significant trends indicated by dataIdentify, analyze, and resolve non-conformanceWork directly with all members of the Quality Management team to collaborate on audits**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
