Quality Technician

Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions company, is looking for a Quality Technician for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.

Responsibilities:

• The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
• In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift.
• Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment.

Requirements:

• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.
• Client seeks a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.
• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Strong manual dexterity
• High volume parts inspection and handling
• Automated inspection equipment operation
• Microscopic visual inspection
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college or technical coursework preferred
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
