Education Requirements

  • Technical school diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interest in electronics, manufacturing, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting.

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, repair, maintenance, or technician roles.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering electronic components.
  • Experience using multimeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
  • Background in mechanical and electrical assembly, system repair, and equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to perform detailed soldering, assembly, and inspection tasks.
  • Capability to lift, move, package, and prepare products for shipping.
  • Manual dexterity required for handling small electronic and mechanical components.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work at a production workstation for extended periods.
  • Visual acuity to inspect assemblies, wiring, and finished products for quality standards.

Job Duties

  • Assemble, solder, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Perform diagnostic testing on circuit hardware and mechanical components using schematics and testing equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, testing results, and production records accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and quality teams to support production and product improvements.
  • Provide technical support for factory operations and customer installations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Package, crate, and ship finished products according to company standards.
