TRC is hiring for a Quality Technician to join our clients Quality Team in Suwanee, GA!
Pay Range: $20.00$25.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday 1st Shift
Location: On-site in Suwanee, GA

About the Work Environment
Youll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, precision, safety, and continuous improvement.
Quality Technicians work closely with production, engineering, and management to ensure products meet engineering, customer, and quality requirements.
This position involves hands-on inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
Youll regularly work with engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, inspection documentation, and precision measuring equipment.
Flexibility is important, as priorities may shift based on production requirements and business needs.
What Youll Do
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions
Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and CMM
Verify products meet engineering and quality requirements
Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions
Document inspection results, nonconformances, and other quality records
Support containment, MRB, and nonconforming material processes
Identify and communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams
Follow established safety, quality, and EHS procedures
Adapt to changing priorities to support production and continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Proficiency with GD&THands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other precision measuring equipment
CMM experience or familiarity
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management
Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
