We run on approximately 3 shifts 24/7. All new hires will start on 1st shift Mon-Fri, but after a month or two we have people branch out a little bit more.

1st 5:00 AM -> 1:30 PM
2nd 1:00 PM -> 9:30 PM
3rd 9:00 PM -> 5:30 AM
General Description

This position is responsible for checking materials and products to ensure that they are free of defects and produced according to internal specifications and external guidelines. This is a highly detail-oriented role, requiring familiarity with manufacturing and production processes combined with extensive knowledge of specifications and product testing. Quality Technician work as part of a manufacturing team, maintaining records of defective materials and ensuring that defective parts are repaired, re-tested, or pulled from production. They also deliver their reports to other team members to address persistent quality issues in manufacturing and identify problem areas.
Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implements Company and regulatory quality standards for product manufacturing.
  • Performs, records, and evaluates chemical and physical tests necessary to control production processes or evaluate quality of in-process and finished goods.
  • Audits and reviews product quality data according to existing procedures.
  • Maintain compliant and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Reports deviation from quality levels and standard practice to immediate supervisor and shift foreman.
  • Develops and implements quality control procedures.
  • Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
